Another “Duh” research study

Here’s the headline for this article: “Elderly Improve with Exercise, Too”


But what’s shocking isn’t that exercise also improves the elderly, but that anyone would think the assertion tenuous enough to merit study. Well, at least some folks are starting to wake up to the critical importance of movement. And I will say, there is value in this study in that I get a number of new clients who are over 70 who say to me “can I really positively change my posture at my age?”

YES! You are NEVER too old to move, you are NEVER too old to be better and healthier and stronger tomorrow than you were today. Improve your diet, improve your thought patterns, and improve and increase your motion. You WILL turn back the functional clock.
