How safe is your seafood?

I’m a big fan of getting your nutrition dialed in. I think our diets should be primarily composed of raw fruits, vegetables, greens, seeds, nuts and legumes, and then if one chooses to eat animal products, choose ones that are as “clean” as you can find. That means if it’s a land based animal, look for things like organically raised, free range, no chemicals, antibiotics or hormones, etc…

Many people use seafood and I’ll order seafood in restaurants from time to time. Well, how clean is your seafood? Watch this video (3:38 long) and you’ll be surprised.

I can tell you this, based on watching this I will no longer eat imported farmed seafood.
