Egoscue will help your golf swing!

We work with a lot of golfers and invariably they’re amazed at how much better they play as they bring their posture back into better balance. Posture is key to a solid, repeating golf swing. If you can’t get your spine into a reasonably neutral position, you have NO chance of maintaining a consistent spine angle through the rotary movement of the swing. And that means that your brain is going to sense that you’re in a slightly different position each time the clubface is about to make contact with the ball, and then it’s going to try to compensate by utilizing the smaller muscles in your hands and wrists and arms. Not good.

Here’s a nice video testimonial from someone who should know. He’s a chiropractor and he’s certified by TPI, the Titleist Performance Institute. Titleist is the manufacturer of the leading golf balls on tour as well as terrific clubs and other gear, and they established their performance institute to train other health professionals in how to learn more about the mechanics of the golf swing and how to better help golfers. A TPI certification means something and this gentleman has it. Listen to him talk about what Egoscue has meant for him and his clients. It’s less than a minute:
