Reboot your mind and body in 1 minute

I’ve written before about the folks at The Heartmath Institute and the great work they do. I’ve recommended one of their books, The Heartmath Solution, to many people who have also enjoyed both the research and the practical tips it contains for helping people “manage stress”.

One of their simplest techniques is called “The Quick Coherence Technique” and can be done virtually anywhere and in only a minute. Don’t let its simplicity fool you, it’s a powerful tool.
